Matt is filled with optimism as he builds up to an exciting 2018 season. With the 4 Majors, 4 WGC's and Ryder Cup on the horizon, the Englishman is relishing the challenge of another year competing with the World's best:
"I cant wait to get going. I'm really looking forward to getting back out there again and competing with the top guys. The first half of the season is always exciting and I'm looking forward to the EurAsia Cup next week followed by the Desert swing. After that I'll be over in the US playing a bit on the PGA Tour until The Masters."
Matt has made it no secret he would like to make the Ryder Cup team and reverse the result from Hazeltine. "I'm obviously trying to get into the Ryder Cup team this year but I'm just going to keep my head down, take each week as it comes, try to play my best and hopefully it will all work out. I'm really excited and cant wait for the season to start."
Matt tees it up first at the Eurasia Cup, starting on Friday 12th January.
